Who are Darling interiors?
Jean from Darling Interiors is a soft furnishing specialist based in Westbury, she carries a huge range of curtains, blinds and soft furnishings that you can browse through from the comfort of your own home or workplace.
1: What was your brief?
-I wanted a website that had links to the companies we regularly use.
-I wanted a website I was able to update easily.
-It needed to be bright and colourful showing my products in the best light.
-It needed to be easy to navigate with straightforward information about us.
Jean offers a truly personal, tailor made service that requires her to visit the customers home or workplace. Unlike other large companies she doesn’t have a showroom so the website needed to convey the huge choice of fabrics, explaining the diversity and width of the business by showing that Jean carries all the major brands. This choice reassures and instils confidence in the viewer by reflecting the fact that relationships with these brands have grown over many years.
2: How did you find the process?
“I liked the team at Bath Business Web straight away, very friendly, very helpful. At first it was a bit daunting as they needed so much information but Adrian was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they have done everything they promised and gone that extra mile. The training for face book is really good, they are such a friendly bunch, I could just walk in any time and get a warm welcome”.

3: Are you happy with the end result?
